Description of Dissemination Event:

A practical workshop on the importance of softskills for the medical field in general and for the pediatric field was conducted with a group of first year students in General Medicine. Students reflected on what they considered to be most important transversal skills and wrote one paragraph, exchanging ideas. They became more aware and acquired knowledge on how good communicators they are and how they can improve communication with children. They also wrote suggestions on ways of improving the life of hospitalized pediatric patients.

Outcomes and Results:

30 students learnt about the basic object of research of the project: soft skills.#
They wrote reflective narrations on the importance of softskills and suggestions on different ways of improving the life of hospitalized children. They also visited the project portal and Liked the FB page.
