@revistaPAP. Pediatric Primary Care Magazine is the official publication of the Spanish Primary Care Pediatric Association, AEPAP. The online magazine has 13.700 followers and 6.837 tweets. Continuum is the new distance training portal of the AEP, in which, through various training modalities (both group and individual), Pediatricians and residents of Pediatrics can update their knowledge and facilitate the integration of the latest scientific advances in clinical practice, so that they result in better care for the child and adolescent population.

The AEP is the confederation of all pediatric societies, both regional and specialty, of Spain. The AEP is one of the Spanish scientific societies with the greatest social and media impact and is the reference partner with the health authorities of the State.
Târgu Mureş Emergency County Clinical Hospital (SCJU Târgu Mureş) is the largest public health unit in Transylvania, of local, regional and county interest, providing medical services, with 1089 beds for continuous hospitalization, of which 939 beds for adults and 150 beds for children. SCUJ is a university hospital where all the UMF students perform their practical stages, residency and rotation stages.
From the point of view of the medical services provided, the Emergency County Clinical Hospital of Târgu Mureş offers medical diagnostic, therapeutic, expertise, counseling, prevention, social assistance and recovery services. The primary activity of the hospital is to cover the emergency pathology. The hospital sections and departments include: Pediatric Clinic I, Pediatric Cardiology, Neonatology Clinic, Pediatric Surgery and Orthopedics, Pediatric Outpatient Clinic and other sections such as Emergency which also treat pediatric patients.

The Instituto philosophy is to approach clinical ethics problems with accuracy and teamwork. The Instituto’s intentions are to delve the knowledge and decision-making process in the field of clinical ethics from three areas: participation, tolerance towards different ideas and work responsibility.

The Center of Interdepartmental Excellence of Health Management Services (CEIMS), established in February 2007 at the Rectorate of the University of Eastern Piedmont "Amedeo Avogadro" is proposed as a university center for research, consulting and advanced training in the field of services health, able to combine the moment of study of the subject and that of transmission and dissemination of knowledge at institutions and operators in the sector.

The "Città di Settimo" Civic Hospital, managed by the SAAPA SpA Society, hospitalizes 1800 patients every year under Post - Acuvia to meet the Population needs of the ASL Città di Torino and the ASL TO4. Currently the "Città di Settimo" Civic Hospital has 235 posts of post-acuity: 94 of Continuity of Health Care (CAVS), 82 of long-term care patients, 59 of Rehabilitation and Functional Re-education. Inpatient patients come mainly from the Maria Vittoria Hospitals, San Giovanni Bosco, Martini and Birago di Vische Hospitals (reference hospitals in the Torino Nord area) and the Chivasso Hospital (the Cardinals Hospital of the Northern Province of Turin). They can come from different specialist departments: Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and First Aid. It performs the task of clinical stabilization of patients, of rehabilitation and of collaboration with the Health Authorities for the definitive placement of the Patient discharged at the domicile or at residential facilities
MedCris is a private medical practice in Tirgu Mures featuring specialized services in Pediatrics. The center has an experience of over 10 years in offering quality pediatric services (echocardiography), gastroenterology, and fetal echocardiography, as well as gynecology. Their interest in the project results will contribute to the optimization of communication skills of the center team of physicians and nurses.

SIPNEI is partner in the Softis-Ped project. SIPNEI is a national Scientific Society running every year many Master, Courses and Events in field of Evidence Based Medicine with integrated approach. Topmed Medical Center LTD is a well known private local medical care provider which offers in- and outpatient health services in over 30 specializations including neonatology, pediatrics and infantile neuropsichiatry. It has a team of over 120 physicians, most of them also researchers and university professors, who provide over 57,500 consultations a year but also an extended team of nurses and other healthcare providers who are interested in keeping updated with doctor-patient communication aspects, including development of softskills.
The Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and Transplantation from Tirgu Mures is the leading center in cardiovascular surgery and transplantation from Romania with two clinics where pediatric patients with a large range of cardiac pathologies and congenital heart diseases are treated: Pediatric Cardiology (newborns and small children) and Clinic for Cardiovascular Surgery (patients above 3 years of age) with a special Operating Suite and Intensive care for children. The first pediatric heart transplantation from Romania was performed here.

Societatea Romana de Pediatrie (Romanian Society of Pediatrics) is the highest professional forum in the field or Pediatrics from Romania. By placing the SoftisPed project Logo on its main page with a link to the project portal, the Society undertakes to ensure visibility and support the activities that are developed by the project. The Society has over 400 registered members, pediatricians from all over Romania and it organizes national and international events. The latest event, for example, The National Conference of Pediatrics (5-8 april 2017) gathered a number of 1400 attendants who enrolled in the conference via this site. The international visibility is enhnced by other links and memberships of the society, for example European Academy of Pediatrics and European Pediatric Association.
The University of Medicine and Pharmacy is the Softisped project promoter. The university site is accessed daily by medical professionals, alumni, teaching staff (over 500) and local and international students (about 6,000 students yearly) who study and intend to study here. This is a good opportunity to make the Softisped project objectives and results visible to educational stakeholders, physicians, pediatricians and pediatric lecturers.
The mission of eMundus is actively promote the knowledge society, while creating and developing services related to innovations, ICT as well cultural aspects, healthy lifestyle, practical adaptation of them in education and community activities, seeking to ensure the quality of cooperation and unity between different generations and different social groups.
