Description of activities carried out:
A. Coordination of activities
Prof. Dr. Martin Fischer informed Johanna Huber about the partnership within the project SoftisPed. We discussed the scope of the project and whom we could involve. Further more, we discussed the compatibility of SoftisPed with the strategy of the institute.
Meeting in Madrid from 25th of May to 26th of May: Kick-off meeting to get in touch with all international project partners and gain an overview concerning the current tasks, for example the development of a communication module and a corresponding guideline.
Ethical proposal: Johanna Huber wrote a first draft and submitted it. Johanna Huber had to revise the ethical proposal.
Johanna Huber talked to the administration about issues regarding the contract and the financial objectives.
Johanna Huber asked Concetta Perdichizzi to work with her to manage the project. Concetta Perdichizzi agreed with that and met Johanna Huber to clarify the tasks concernig the project.
Concetta Perdichizzi skyped with Lorenzo from Pixel to introduce herself as a new mamber of the Munich partner and discussed with him the next steps for the project.
Johanna Huber and Concetta Perdichizzi had several meetings in order to write timesheets and prepare the financial report.
We organized Interviews with the purpose to employ a student, who is specialized in intercultural conversation.
Organization of the SoftisPED international meeting in Munich
We involved medical students, who were searching for a project to be part of, in the project SoftisPED.
Coordination of the students and our technical staff to distribute the questionnaires for the Intellectual Output 1 and for evaluating the results

B. Dissemination
Johanna Huber and Concetta Perdichizzi had several meetings to involve Holger Lenz, Fabian Jacobs and Dr. Lucia Gerstl who will support the project and give advices for the intellectual outputs.
Concetta Perdichizzi created a dissemination link for the project at the official webside of the institute.
Johanna Huber and Concetta Perdichizzi talked with pediatricians to inform about the project.
Concetta Perdichizzi disseminated the project at the conference INHERE2018 (www.inhere2018.de)
Johanna Huber disseminated the project at the training for teachers (INSEL)
Concetta Perdichizzi disseminated the project at the workshhop with Prof Cook
Concetta Perdichizzi together with the SoftisPed-Team organised the multiplier event

C. Exploitation
Johanna Huber and Concetta Perdichizzi informed Prof. Fischer about achieved project results and handed out the link to the SoftisPed homepage.
Professor Martin Fischer informed other Professors within the medical faculty of the LMU Munich about the project.

D. Evaluation
Students and lecturers will evaluate the training package for lecturers and pediatricians.

Results Achieved:
A. Coordination of activities
Johanna Huber is aware of the project aims and has started to involve partners for achieving the project results.
Johanna Huber met the international project partners in Madrid and got in touch with them.
The ethical proposal came back for revision. After revision the ethical proposal was accepted.
Concetta Perdichizzi is new memeber of the SoftisPED-Team in Munich and is aware of the aims and of the tasks of the project.
Financial and contract issues were finaly solved in November 2017. After that, the institute received the first rate of the budget for the project.
The time sheets and the financial report of the first year are submitted.
We have now a new student, who is working with us. She will begin to work in January 2018.
The international SoftisPED-Meeting has taken place.
Together with all the international SoftisPED-Partners we set new deadlines for the Intellectual Output 1, 2 and 3 and the table of content of the Intellectual Output 3

B. Dissemination
Fabian Jacobs, Holger Lenz and Dr. Lucia Gerstl support the project.
Dissemination link on the official website of our insitute is now online.
Dr. Gerstl is informing other pediatricians concerning the project and gives feedback on the intellectual outputs.
International people of the project ForschenLernen are informed about the project SoftisPED
The pediatricians are aware about the project and the guidelines to improve the communication

C. Exploitation
Professor Fischer is aware of the project aims and spreading these into the medical faculty of the LMU Munich.

D. Evaluation
Johanna Huber and Concetta Perdichizzi are collecting continious feedback from our partners and supporters.
