IO2 - Training Package for Paediatricians Professors and Trainers

Objectives of activities carried out:
Project partners will be involved in a cooperative effort for the creation of the training package addressed to practitioners in pediatrics, teachers and trainers on how to assist pediatric undergraduate and resident students in developing and consolidating their soft skills for improving the quality of pediatric services.
The training package will be developed in order to address the needs identified by Intellectual Output 1 and it will contain teaching resources for each identified soft skill and will be made available on the project portal.

Description of activities carried out:
Concetta Perdichizzi translated the guideline 1 "Communication with children", the guideline 2 "Communication with parents", the guideline 4 "Communicating with peers" and the guideline 5 "Communication with other health care stuff"
Concetta Perdichizzi is doing researches
Holger Lenz, Kathleen Siemermann and Concetta Perdichizzi are working on the Guideline "Comunication in a multilangual enviroment".
A first draw of the Guideline "Communication in a multilangual enviroment" is ready and we are working on the introductional video
The first draw of the Module was sent to the partners for feedback.
The Guideline "Communication in a multilangual enviroment" is ready and is translated in German.

Results Achieved:
4 of the 5 Guidelines of the project are translatend into German.
