Description of Dissemination Event:
A poster was created which included the project description, target groups, project objectives and aims as well as details on expected results, including the three intellectual outputs. The poster was dispalyed in the lobby of the National Conference on Pediatrics that took place at the beginning of April in Bucharest, Romania. It is the largest event of this kind in Romania and it gathered all the experts in pediatrics from all parts of the country, including the members of the Romanian Society of Pediatrics. Prof. Marginean talked to Prof. Burlea, the President of the Society, on a one-to-one dissemination type. Prof. Burlea was impressed by the scope of the project and as a result he agreed to create a link to the SoftisPed Portal from the site of the Romanian Society of Pediatrics. Also many young pediatricians and residents in pediatrics attending the conference decided to follow the results of the project through the link provided on the Society site.
Outcomes and Results:
The project was promoted to the over 1400 participants during the breaks. Details about the project were give also on a one-to-one basis to chiefs of Pediatric units and hospitals who were attending, including Prof. Burlea, President of the National Society of Pediatrics.
