Description of Dissemination Event:
10 healthcare staff from the Pediatric Clinic I were offered the project brochure and participated in individual and group discussions about the importance of softskills in pediatric communication. Discussions are likely to make healthcare staff more aware about modern communication skills with patients, families, superiors and peers.
Outcomes and Results:
10 healthcare staff from the Pediatric Clinic I Tirgu Mures were informed and offered help in implementing modern communication skills such as empathy, understanding, introducing oneself when first meeting a new patient, patience, punctuality.
